About You

You are an ambitious sales professional looking to combine your success and experience in Sales, Business Development and Account Management, with your passion and knowledge for natural health & wellness. You are determined to succeed and have a "can do" positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation. Your ability to work autonomously is complimented by your exceptional time management and organizational skills. You live and breathe health and wellness, and have a good knowledge of clean, plant-based products and ingredients. Your tertiary education and/or natural health related qualifications, whilst not mandatory, will enhance your opportunity to be successful in your application and future success in the role.

About the role

You will successfully manage and grow an existing customer base by increasing our brand and product sales, distribution and market share within each account, inclusive of Key Accounts, Banner Groups and Independents. By leveraging the excellent commercial relationships, you are able to develop or already have, throughout various channels including the Natural Health channel, Pharmacy, Grocery and/or FMCG – you will achieve excellent sales results on an ongoing basis which align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. You will successfully sell in new brands and products and execute promotional activity across the brand portfolio and enhance opportunities for healthy repeat sales via a combination of training and in store merchandising execution. 

You will also focus on identifying and driving new business, where you will identify, approach, present and close sales opportunities across metropolitan Sydney, regional NSW and the ACT. This will include the successful sell in of our brands to customers across multiple channels, inclusive of ‘offline’ and ‘online’. 

As an experienced Business Development Manager who is able to combine your “Hunter” and ‘Farmer” sales qualities, you will thrive in a self-managed environment which enables you to operate in the field for a high percentage of your working week, with the balance of your time being spent in your home office environment, which is ideally based within the Sydney metropolitan area.
