- Passionate about natural health, wellness and beauty and ideally an alignment and understanding of the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle
- Highly motivated to drive and deliver outstanding sales results
- Able to open new accounts and build relationships from scratch, whilst driving sales growth in a significant and high potential existing customer base
- Confident to make cold calls every week
- Excited and motivated to manage and grow Key Accounts and Banner Groups
- Resilient enough to overcome objections and challenges on the path to success
- Confident enough in your ability to back yourself on a salary + commission model which rewards high achievers

About the Role
With your time split between being ‘in field’ (circa 80%) and your home ‘sales’ office (circa 20%), you will drive the sales growth, distribution and success in QLD, via:
- Successful sales and distribution of our products/brands across various retail channels, both offline (particularly Health Food stores and Pharmacies) and online.
- Proactive, focused Key Account Management/Growth
- Outstanding sales execution of new brand/product launches and promotional offers
- Energetic, results-driven new business development strategies, activity and outcomes
- Delivery of sales growth targets & associated rewards
Your typical week will include:
- Planned, purposeful in-field/store visits, with clear objectives and KPIs. These visits will mainly involve travel within the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas, and potentially a small amount of regional travel (periodically).
- Home Office-based time for telesales, closing opportunities, researching, prospecting, sales lead follow-up, appointment setting, key account planning, customer MS teams meetings and other follow ups as needed.
This is an ideal role for a highly organised, results focused sales person who has a good understanding of both traditional and online retail channels.
The opportunity is offered as full-time or part-time (min 3–4 days per week), depending on the candidate’s availability, experience and residential location. Note, the successful candidate will ideally reside within greater Brisbane, Gold Coast or surrounding areas.
