VITUS VEGAN RECOVERY SMOOTHIE - BY AMBASSADOR JACINTA PENN

Ingredients
- 1 cup of blueberries⠀
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein⠀
- 3 tablespoons of pre-soaked chia seeds⠀
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric with a shake of black pepper⠀
- Coconut flakes⠀
- 1 heaped teaspoon of VITUS CLEAN GREENS
- 1 teaspoon of VITUS VITAMIN C⠀
- Coconut milk or almond milk ⠀
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
Tip
Drink at room temperature, and drink it over a period of around 30 minutes to increase digestion. ⠀
