VITUS VEGAN RECOVERY SMOOTHIE - BY AMBASSADOR JACINTA PENN

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of blueberries⁠⠀
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp protein⁠⠀
  • 3 tablespoons of pre-soaked chia seeds⁠⠀
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric with a shake of black pepper⁠⠀
  • Coconut flakes⁠⠀
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of VITUS CLEAN GREENS
  • 1 teaspoon of VITUS VITAMIN C
  • Coconut milk or almond milk ⁠⠀ ⁠

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!

Tip

Drink at room temperature, and drink it over a period of around 30 minutes to increase digestion.⁠ ⁠⠀
