About You
You would like to combine your success and experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Service, with your passion for natural health & wellness. Determined to succeed, you have a "can do" positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation. Your ability to work proactively is complimented by your exceptional time management and organizational skills. You live and breathe health and wellness, and have an excellent knowledge of clean, plant-based products and ingredients.
Your sales, business or natural health related qualifications, whilst not mandatory, will enhance your opportunity to be successful in your application and future success in the role.

About the role
Due to an Internal promotion within the business, we have an amazing opportunity based exclusively at our vibrant Fitzroy office. This is a permanent, full-time role – 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Working closely with likeminded team members, your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively adding value, focused on increasing sales and product distribution to our existing customer base
- Actively drive ‘New Business Development’, via identifying and targeting potential new ‘retail’ and ‘online’ customers, in new and existing channels
- Providing a ‘first class’ Planet Health customer experience for all customer interactions
- Relationship, Sales & Business development across our established customer base, inclusive of managing your own sales territory
- Professional phone and video communication to encourage customer engagement & commitment
- A focus on the successful sell in of new brands, products and promotions
- Prompt attention to incoming phone calls, emails and processing orders
- Efficiently supporting our Sales & Distribution function with the execution of various other administration tasks and responsibilities
In addition to your obvious skillset and experience you will display the following:
- Energy, drive, enthusiasm, and an exceptional work ethic
- Success within business development and/or customer service/internal sales roles
- An ability to proactively identify and drive potential opportunities
- A genuine enthusiasm to generate new leads and customers
- An ability to thrive in a passionate and professional team environment
- Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- A desire to contribute as a key team player whilst pursuing career development
- Very efficient and accurate data entry skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (experience with Shopify is an advantage).
- Experience in the natural health, wellness & beauty industry and ideally an alignment and understanding of the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle
