At Planet Health, we’re searching for a driven and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to play a key role in our passionate team.

We exclusively distribute a portfolio of trusted, premium wellness brands including our company owned Qsilica and Vitus products, in addition to Australian Bush Flower EssencesBiokapWatson & SonSven’s Island, and the innovative new Oceanly beauty range.

From our vibrant, sustainability-focused office in inner Melbourne—complete with onsite gym and café—we support retailers and consumers across the country who care deeply about wellness & beauty, naturally.


Your Role: Finance & Operations Manager

This is a hands-on, full-spectrum role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility, and wants to make a real impact in a small, passionate team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cashflow, working capital, and supplier payments
  • Manage payroll, superannuation, and payroll compliance
  • Prepare monthly management accounts to trial balance
  • Lead end-of-year financial processes and tax return prep
  • Collaborate with our Accounts & Inventory Coordinator
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost management
  • Work closely with our Warehouse & Operations team on stock planning
  • Ensure BAS, insurance, and compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate with IT support for systems efficiency
  • Generate meaningful business reporting


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar finance/operations leadership role
  • Accounting qualifications
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
  • End-to-end payroll experience
  • Knowledge of Attache (or similar accounting software)
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Bonus: a personal interest in health, wellness, or natural beauty
